  2. A Customer Service Representative walks you through the steps of the donation process and answers any questions you may have. Our partner will contact you to coordinate picking up the vehicle. You will receive an initial donation acknowledgement letter.
  3. The vehicle is sold, an accounting is completed for the sale of the vehicle, we send the necessary paperwork to maximize your tax deduction, and the charity receives needed funding to further its mission!
